TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GIFT CARD

1. GIFT CARD ISSUER

1.1. The issuer of the Gift Card is Łukasz Marek Jemioł, ul. Circular 11A lok. 71, 00-368 Warsaw, REGON 100966219, NIP 9482330171 ("Łukasz Jemioł"), owner of the Łukasz Jemioł brand, as well as the online store available at: www.jemiol.com.

2. LEGAL REGULATIONS

3. VALIDITY OF THE GIFT CARD, RULES OF PURCHASING THE CARD.

3.1. The Gift Card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

3.2. The Gift Card can be purchased and redeemed in the online store www.jemiol.com.

3.3. The card is sent via e-mail with the card in electronic form. At the customer's request, a physical, paper card can be produced and then sent to the indicated address.

3.4. The publisher is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged cards.

4. PRINCIPLES OF USING THE GIFT CARD.

4.1. The Gift Card can be used by natural persons with full legal capacity to make purchases in the online store www.jemiol.com.

4.2. Gift Cards are available in three denominations:

500 PLN
1000 PLN
2000 PLN
3000 PLN
5000 PLN

4.2. If the goods are purchased for an amount higher than the value of the Gift Card, the Customer may pay the difference.

4.3. If the goods are purchased for an amount lower than the value of the Gift Card, the rest will not be issued and any unused funds will be forfeited.

4.4. The card is not a payment card, it cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.

4.5. The coupon is one-time use and should be used in one transaction. The coupon is only valid for selected promotions valid in the online store. It is not possible to combine the coupon with other discount codes. The coupon cannot be reused.

5. RETURN OF GOODS, COMPLAINTS.

5.1. Goods purchased using the Gift Card are not returnable, but only exchanged for other available goods at the same price or at a higher price (for an additional fee) - provided that they were not used.

6. OTHER.

6.1. The Regulations are valid from 12/12/2020 until further notice.

6.2. In the unregulated matters, the Civil Code shall apply.

6.3. In the event of a conflict of the provisions of these regulations with the mandatory provisions, the provisions of the mandatory provisions shall apply in place of these provisions. The same applies to the assessment of these regulations from the point of view of the content of Art. 3851 and art. 3853 of the Civil Code.

6.4. The court having jurisdiction to settle disputes between the parties is the court of jurisdiction resulting from generally applicable provisions.
